If you are connected to the internet via your mobile data plan (3G/4G), turn it off now. Otherwise, the timeboard will most likely not be found by your phone as your phone still routes your network traffic through your mobile data plan. As soon as you are successfully connected to the timeboard, you can turn it back on.
If you are connected to the internet via an Ethernet/Wi-Fi and want to connect to the timeboard via the respective other connection (Wi-Fi/Ethernet), you have to prioritize your active Internet connection. Otherwise, your computer might send all internet requests (e.g. for the live data transmission) to the timeboard instead of the internet.
To achieve this, do the following:
